What is the Study Abroad Advocacy Portal?
At IIEPassport.org, we believe that the work of study abroad advisers is crucial to the development of global thinkers and leaders, and we are committed to helping you in all aspects of this work. This year, designated as "The Year of Study Abroad" by the U.S. Senate, we will launch the IIEPassport Study Abroad Advocacy Center. We envision a center where you can find information and resources to advocate for study abroad on your campuses and the latest news in international education. In particular, we hope this site will prove useful to study abroad advisers in small offices with limited resources to devote to tracking down this information from many different locations.

With the assistance of Martin Tillman, an expert and consultant in international education, we will provide links to resources and articles on campus internationalization, education abroad and career development, as well as government policy and research. To ensure that the Advocacy Portal is responsive to the needs of the study abroad adviser and student community, we invite your input. Please let us know how we can best serve you in this endeavor.
