If submission is Flash: SWF and original FLA must be provided. Vector art must be in GIF format. File sizes must not exceed max for type of ad
Each Flash ad unit must be accompanied by a GIF or JPG alternative to serve to users who do not have the Flash plug-in (see above for GIF or JPG specs)
If submission is animated GIF: File sizes must not exceed max for type of ad
